Waste Pit Liners for mud chemicals and drilling waste materials. Area covering 600,000 Sq. Ft.
Project
The project has two large water reservoirs. Each meant for Raw water and Fire water requirement of the project. The storage capacity of each reservoir is 1.5 million gallons.
HDPE Geomembrane has been selected as the approved lining system for the reservoirs. Total surface area required to be lined was approximately 56,000 sq. ft.
Among the various bidders for the job, Prime Corporation selected to execute the job.
Wedge Welding and Extrusion Welding systems were approved for joint seaming. The installation job was completed within 15 days of scheduled work. The reservoirs were ready on the scheduled date for trial testing of the reservoirs.
Application of Geomembrane liner has saved the client considerable amount of time required to construct conventional reservoir with RCC or Steel, and at a fraction of the cost. The application has record of over 20 years of services.
Project
Foundations of all bulk storage tanks are lined with Geomembrane to provide barrier against underground water and prevent any leakage fro tank to contaminate sub soil water. The ring wall is embedded with E Lock and membrane is terminated with E lock to provide impervious sealed surface against any leakage and seepage.
